1. Purpose of the Service

GeoGames.cc (hereinafter "the Service") is an online multiplayer gaming platform based on geolocation. It offers various game modes allowing players to compete in real time using interactive maps. The Service is provided by Kommu (hereinafter "we", "us", or "the Publisher").

2. Access and Registration

Access to the Service requires authentication via Discord OAuth. By logging in, you agree to share the following information from your Discord account: user ID, username, and avatar.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in compliance with Discord's terms of service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms.

3. Rules of Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the platform fairly and not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Not harass, insult, or behave disrespectfully toward other players
  • Not attempt to disrupt the functioning of the Service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User-Generated Content

Users may create custom maps and game content through the map creator. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

You remain the owner of your original content. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and game mechanics, is the intellectual property of the Publisher. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited. Google Maps data displayed within the Service is subject to Google's own terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or interactions with other users.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
